If you play defensively against good players they won't just put all their stuff in kill zones and die stupidly, so you basically need to play humans and AI with different method. Later once you have this done you can apply the same on more open maps. The classic way is to use bridge maps to hone your killzones and to understand in simple terms how the AI acts.
